Details Abstract: Information is now organized by for-profit companies; furthermore, using the idea of 'PageRank', information that matches a user's need with the Google search-engine can now be provided. Then, for-profit Internet service providers could easily collect this information. As you know, Google dominate the market share of searching, and to think any other way, they are collecting the personal needs. Privacy is just equal to money. Then, we are applying a solution finally in this situation, which is the 'right to be forgotten', for protect those personal data and it shows a European governance structure, like stop the inflation.
