Details	本研究は、上記論文30番と類似しているが、理論モデルと仮説はまったく異なっている。本論文でのデータ分析の結果、以下の事が発見された：(1)情報探索行動は、発言機会、意思決定者の説明、誠意ある態度、合理性対人コミュニケーションを誘引していた；(2)発言機会を与えること、説明をすること、誠意ある態度を示すことは、手続き的公正感を促進する;(3)手続き的公正感は、ワークライフ不安感を減じる。
