Details Since ancient times, the training of skilled workers has been a method of deliberately giving trials, such as pushing them into the "Abysmal Valley." However, recently, this method has made it difficult to gain the understanding of learners and may inefficient skill succession. Therefore, efficient teaching methods that clarify the purpose and policy of teaching have been introduced. Whereas, excessive efficiency may deprive learners of their independence. Therefore, in this study, We propose an analysis model for human resource development policies that harmonize efficiency and independence.
