Details | Program Abstract: This study explores the boundary condition of the redundancy principle that assumes that redundant linguistic inputs interfere with learning. The three types of business communication video content are presented under the following three conditions: audio information only (A), audiovisual (AV), and audio, visual, and caption (AVC). The learning effectiveness is expected to be in the order of AVC, AV, and A.
