概要	The research question is 'what are the antecedents for business ethics practices development in Japanese companies?' The results of analysis indicate that pressure from the external environment and the commitment of top management are the antecedents for the business ethics practices development. Furthermore, we have also presented the form of oraganizational restructuring.
