Details | As the grammatical case of the virus was changing from the aversive to to the comitative with in Japan under Covid19, the paper discussed how we see ourselves in relation to our surroundings: family, colleagues, customers, objects at home, etc.. Using the keyword "cognitive declension," I focused on the online piece "Eraser Mountain" created by Toshiki Okada, the playwright and director leading the theatre company "chelfitsch," and the scenographer Teppei Kaneuj, in its attempt to elucidate how the piece theatricalizes the fluctuating contour of the human being in the world under the pandemic. |
