Details	Our research group has been studying the problems of informational leak in information asymmetry from the perspective of "information gravity". In this paper, we try to marshal our researches on information asymmetry, and to introduce "integrated model of positive information and negative information". Then it is suggested that "information blocking energy" and "reward blocking energy" are very important in organization.
