Details Logistics theory focuses on the series of activities that realize the provision of customer value and the mechanism that realizes it (this is called a business system), and regards this as the logistics process. Logistics processes include business life cycle support processes such as planning and development, design, production preparation, operation and maintenance, disposal and reuse of business (products), procurement of raw materials and parts, production, sales, distribution, reverse ・Consists of two axes of SCM processes such as logistics. We consider the role of logistics from the overall business system structure that integrates this process architecture, strategy-based product/service architecture, and organizational architecture. Business systems are evaluated from the perspectives of the customer value they provide, their competitive advantage, securing investment profitability, and responding to changes in the business environment.
