Item	As only one teacher in charge of labor law, I lecture labor law and in charge of exercises in Meiji Law School. Every year, there are more than 60 students to lecture, and also students of more than 50 to exercises. I assume a heavy responsibility as Editor-in-Chief Journal of Japan Labor Law Association and as a member of the Board of Directors,also Ihave contributed to the academic exchange between Germany and Japan as director of the Japan-Germany Society of labor law.
