Details | This project aimed to promote the science for sustainable use of marine ecosystem functions by collaborative research of oceanography, fisheries science and social science. For this, we held a number of meetings for integration among project members and achievement sharing, addressed cross-cutting research themes to facilitate collaboration, and set up a data center to support acquisition and management of primary data obtained during oceanographic cruises. We also held 11 international meetings, conducted outreach activities including web publication and public lectures, and supported overseas visits of young researchers. |
