Details	"Heat transfer mechnism of nucleate boiling under isolated bubble growth condition is studied with the MEMS sensor, which includes integrated multiple thin film thermocouple. Detailed temperature measurement beneath boiling bubble was conducted. Through transient heat conduction analysis of the heating wall with the measured temperature variation, local and transient heat transfer from the wall was clarified."
