概要	This paper aimes to exmine the circumstances of the prison at Baltiskii Port in Estland province under Russian rule for several years around 1800. To this prison at Baltiskii Port, or to Paldiski (in the Republic of Estonia today), were sent the comrades of Pugachev Rebellion, which took place against Russian government from 1773 to 1775. Among them were two bashkirs, Salavat Yulaev and his father Yulai Aznalin, who played a leading a role in the rebellion. They were arrested in Ural in 1774, and 1775. They were senntenced to corporal punishment and imprisonment for life at Baltisikio Port.
