概要 | Information quality management in organisations is now a decisive factor of quality of organisational behaviour and, therefore, of quality of life of a wide range of people who are affected by the organisations. In this regard, organisational information quality management should be open to societies, i.e. organisations have to accept their social responsibility concerning quality of information they collect, store, process, create and use. In order to establish socially responsible information quality management, organisations should secure and/or cultivate decision makers with high ability of conversation and sympathising as well as of interpretation and information editing and encourage information managers and information system professionals in the organisations to develop their professional outlook. |
