Details | The objective of this research is to clarify the process of how Chinese teachers apply an instructional method for developing higher order cognitive skills in their classes.The authors conducted collaborative research between Japan and China and worked on developing instructions for higher order cognitive skills in primary schools. As a result, the authors clarified that the teachers in both countries recognize the graphic organizer as effective tools for visualizing the cognitive process and useful in employing them in the classroom. |
