概要	This paper tries to find out what the difference is between the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) and SRI (Socially Responsible Investment). ESG and SRI had different concepts each other before, but they are interchanging their methodologies after “comply and explain” has been introduced in 1983, and it affects their methodological development. Therefore, it needs to compare the principal model(SRI) and the transformed model (ESG).
