Details	Many universities of social/human sciences has been introducing. Rapid dissemination of internship shows potential high needs of students who are worried about working. Then major issue is now that what sort of internship is done, and that how internship can respond students' needs, instead whether internship is introduced. This article shows history and present situation of the internship program in Meiji University, School of Business Administration. And this article also think how to respond students' needs.
