概要	"This paper was written on the basis of my presentation at the Third ISBEE World Congress in 2004, in Melbourne. But, it has been updated to include the new situation in Japan. For example, in 2005, a new company law was legislated and a draft of enforcement regulations was published by the Ministry of Justice. In reaction to large illegal collusions (‘dango’) that were detected in 2005 and the Japanese Antitrust Act was revised."
