Details	An organizational study based on micro paradigm is organizational behavior, while that based on macro paradigm is organizational theory. However, organizational studies based on meso paradigm that integrate those two paradigms have been proposed. Organizational communication is related to both organization and communication studies. Therefore, it is crucial to explore the possibility of meso-paradigm studies of organizational communication, which have never been discussed in the field. The present study starts with the categorization of micro and macro paradigms in organizational communication, then introduces some propositions of meso paradigm in organization studies, and finally explores the possibility of the meso study of organizational communication.
