| Details | A major issue in manufacturing is to produce and supply low-cost products, meeting variable demand while securing every opportunity of sales. In previous studies, we proposed a harmonized model for balancing between inventory management energy and production allocation entropy on single item. In this study, we propose a harmonized model for balancing between inventory reduction and load leveling on multiple items and a search method of the solution, toward total load leveling. And by change of the leveling object, we formulate the issue as allocation problems on production volume and inventory resource, maximizing total load allocation entropy. |
