| Details | This paper proposes a 'system temperature and individual temperature framework in QC circle activity' based on the viewpoint of organization's temperature and member's temperature, so that we suggest 'Suitable High Temperature' is the ideal condition of QC circle activity. Hence, we review the role of QC circle activity in HRM of Japanese firms and the role of 7 Basic QC Tools in QC circle in order to clarify the features of Japanese QC. Moreover, it is suggested that the 'support' for the members is more suitable than the control by the comparison between the effects of control and support in QC circle, based on our framework. |
