| Details | In this paper, an analysis framework is proposed in order to classify various job conditions of company entrance for students into 'attractive conditions' and 'must-be conditions', based on Kano Model(1984). Then we try proof analyses for the above framework by questionnaire data to students. As the results of these analyses, high multiple correlation coefficients and suitable category weights are obtained, and the validity of the proposed framework in this paper is confirmed. |
