Details | In this paper, we examine how supervisor's styles of communication influence employee's work motivation in the organization. We focus on the types of supervisor's power and their influence to the employee's organizational attitude. Our assumption here is that the level of supervisor's procedural justice perceived by employees has moderate effects (inhibitory or synergy effect)on the relationship between the types of supervisor's powers and the employee's organizational attitude. |
