Details In this paper, we consider psychological conditions of the information owner in the cases of having positive or negative information, and sharing or occupying the information in the organization. Then we point out that generally, employee perceive more competitiveness in the organization, information is likely more occupied by the employee, which tend to result in not sharing information in the organization.
In order to have better understandings on the psychological conditions of the information owner, we propose the value structure integrated model which can be used to compare the information value structure between information sharing and occupying employees. Based on this model, we suggest that the information value structure vary based on two aspects of the information possession, one is information type (positive or negative information) and the other is distribution of information (symmetric or asymmetric).
