Details This paper proposes a Fuzzy Information Model for the Foods Labeling Effects Considering Randomness and Fuzziness in order to describe menu choice behavior of consumer. Then, we invert the sign of Fuzziness in "double factors model for fuzzy information channel" (Yamashita,2010), and set randomness weights and fuzziness weights in the model. The proposal model will describe menu choice behavior of consumer in a lack of food information. Through the analyses of this research, the paper elaborates the effects of endless number of factors in the menu choice behavior of consumer into a simple form of randomness and fuzziness.
