Details | Leadership must be measured at the work unit level in this case, so Misumi's PM theory was utilized for this purpose. We also need to understand the individual follower characteristics to properly understand leadership at the work unit level, and Takahashi's effective temperature concept was used for this purpose. A sample implementation was then analyzed to verify the proposed model and we clarified the relationship between leadership and the follower's work satisfaction. |
