Details In this paper, we focus on the employee evaluation halo effect that arises as consumers use word of mouth information to evaluate products and services, and present a word of mouth halo effect framework. Furthermore, we will expand the rating tendency analysis model of employee evaluation halo effect to cover the word of mouth evaluation of products and services, to create a quantitative analysis model for the word of mouth halo effect, and make clear the existence of the word of mouth halo effect.
