Details Interactive Evolutionary Computation is a method suitable for optimization based on human subjective evaluation, by human fitness evaluation to the individual to perform sequentially in the normal evolutionary computation method. In interactive evolutionary computation, generating a new object by crossing a plurality of target high evaluation was obtained from the evaluator. Because it is necessary to evaluate by repeating the number of target evaluator, a problem that increases the burden on the e evaluator's results. To solve this problem, it is necessary to consider a method for evaluator which can evaluate subject more easily, or how to do rapid evolution with a small number of repetitions. In this paper, we propose the interactive genetic algorithm adapted the Tranquility. This not only reduce the mental burden of the user is possible, it is also possible to realize an effective evolutionary computing by ranking the characteristics of the genetic operations with the only characteristic values of each solution candidate (membership value). Finally, by applying the proposed method using the Tranquility to career development based on the nurses' ability evaluation, to verify its validity.
