| Details | This paper proposes a new method to improve stabilization processing of purchase order amount in MAPS-TOC (MAster Production Schedule system based on Theory Of Constraints, Yamashita 2003). We try to lead to fine-grained order management by incorporating the multistep stabilization processing of purchase order amount into MAPS-TOC. Then, we marshal the direct and indirect advantages that our new method gives to order management and suggest that the method can contribute to stabilization of value of an order toward suppliers, labor-saving of order management, and reduction in the risk of material procurement. |
