| Details | We focused on Path-Goal theory to propose a framework for identifying the causal relationship between follower motivation towards work and the relationship between the leader and followers, and also created a model to quantitatively express this framework. Our previous research used a single step leader and follower structure, but this has been expanded to a two steps structure in this research. To achieve this we applied Yamashita's "Control and Support Model of Two Steps for Libraries", with consideration for two step control and support in organizations, and propose a new framework entitled "A Two Step Control and Support Model of Leadership". In addition, we also constructed a quantitative model to express this framework. |
