Details In this study, we propose a catastrophe model of consumers' Environment-oriented behavior. This model focuses on the consumers' environmental-oriented behavior, and based on the athlete's skill improvement 4-step model (Teramoto, 2018) and the skill proficiency catastrophe model in employee education (Yamashita, 2019).
In addition, the four stages in the model are described as a combination of "conscious-unconscious" and "can-do". Then we suggests that there is a large amount of skill proficiency between "can" and "cannot" in the "unconscious" state, but there is "asymmetric" that the difference is small in the "conscious" state.
