| Details | In this paper, we propose a new fitness index and an analysis model for "attractive employment" conditions that bring satisfaction and "must-be employment" conditions that bring dissatisfaction. Then, the validity of the proposed index and model are examined by empirical analyses using questionnaire survey data. We obtain high multiple correlation coefficients and realistic estimation value of model parameters. As a result, we can confirm the validity of the proposed index and model. |
