Details In this study, we consider the minimum wage level in non-regular employment, including the current state of the minimum wage system, and propose a "minimum wage model" to analyze the relationship between the salaries of non-regular employees and the work complexity. The proposed model can serve us an analytical framework that harmonizes the two directions of loe energy (wage) and high entropy (work) in present corporate management.
