| Details | The increasingly severe shortage of skilled workers has resulted in the phenomenon of contractors being apointed as "Regular Employees".Therefore, in this study, we extend the"four-stage model" pertaining to worker development to the catastrophe model of the butterfly. Additionally, we propose a conceptual model in which"Regular Employees" affect workers' development. |
