| Details | This study, taking into account the aforementioned, argues on antisocial behaviors of enterprises that try to utilize strong rank hierarchy-oriented and internship as means of wage reduction or employment flexibility. Furthermore, this study argues on the problems of irregular employment in the Republic of Korea from the view point of "Internship as low-waged part time job"(Kaneko&Yamashita,2006), and indicates risks that firms behaviors get more serious problems of irregular employment. |
