Details This study, taking our previous work (Yamashita, 2001) into consideration, which discussed corporate misconduct from the view point of entropy, production management and synchronization, argues anew on misconduct of food industry from the aspect of "labeling". "Label" like appellation of origin or date of manufacture, for value of food which consumers acknowledge is often dominated by "label", decreases entropy on value judgment of food. This study references to the above-mentioned as "labeling effects", and proposes the point of argument that a lot of corporation in industry segment of food abuse it. Herewith, this study indicates the implicit factors of label camouflage that are specific to industry segment of food.
