Details The local activation is the theme that is important for current Japanese economy. Case studies have been done to solve this problem, while headquartered in Kyushu Japan throughout that target the business as Kirishima Shuzo Co., Ltd Kirishima and Saishunkan Co., Ltd Saishunkan there. Business model with attention ranging from sales to local Kirishima brewery grew Japan's largest Shochu Distilled spirits Maker during the short period through Kuro-Kirishima hit, procurement of raw materials from production to management style and with attention. Saishunkan is building quickly adopt the method of direct marketing in the model which allowed access to the domestic market in the region. To enable businesses headquartered in the local area while using national focus on local resources construction of efficient use of foreign sources of local Business Ecosystem in is the key to success.
