Details In the practice of direct marketing, it is becoming possible to directly manage the interactive process between enterprises and customers due to the development of the direct communication technologies. In the field of direct marketing, the demand generating process before receiving the order and the demand fulfillment process after receiving the order had been regarded as a separate business process and the latter has been discussed as a topic of logistics. It is necessary to reform the business process framework to the life cycle support logistics that can maximize the customer value generated over the life cycle by supporting the interactive process between enterprises and customers for long periods.
