Details	The existence of fluctuations of the strategic behaviors in a corporate organization is shown to be necessarily accompanied with the spontaneous changes of the patterns of the strategic behaviors. In order to explain the changes, strategic schema model is proposed by introducing self-learning effects of biases to the PDP shcema model. This model is a kind of an extended logistic map, and the chaotic mechanism is originally introduced. It is shown that the spontaneous changes are due to chaotic transition via transfer crisis. It is also indicated the possibility to open the new stage of the organization theory in the stand point of complex science.
