概要	This study focuses on the ethical dimensions of introducing digital technology into care, particularly care as labour. It highlights the tension between technological efficiency and the profoundly human, emotional nature of care, which cannot be easily replicated by machines, based on interviews with people working in the group home for people with disabilities in Sweden. Ethical concerns arise, for example, around the limitations of programming empathy and personalised care, and the potential exclusion of individuals from care. The study calls for a comprehensive ethical framework that balances the benefits of digital tools with the need to preserve the moral, interpersonal and emotional aspects of care, particularly within diverse socio-economic contexts.
