概要	The paper explored the mission of theatre criticism when it is being threated as a profession, arguing that theatre critics should provide the context so that the audience will not just consume theatre, as there are times when spectators should be told how the thing they see on the stage are different from their lives. The underlying message is that theatre critics should be able to enrich viewing experiences through the awareness of difference.
