概要	Overseas fieldwork is gaining popularity in higher education since the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) promotes Development of global human resources. Overseas fieldwork has a lot of potential in learning because of the tension the students faced a new learning environment. Tension is potential for learning (See the detail in Yamazumi et al., 2015). To promote better overseas fieldwork, the authors introduce a case study of an intercultural collaborative between Japanese university students and Indian junior high school students in India as an example of possible oversea fieldwork.The purpose of the project is to develop Augmented Reality (AR) content to develop a field museum (Ueno, 2015). AR would be useful to foreigners especially who visit the country for the first time, because AR shows the detailed position by Global Positioning System (GPS), and it also holds much information about locations. The Japanese university students planned, implemented and evaluated this project under collaboration with a local Non-Government Organization (NGO) named Niranjana Public Welfare Trust (2015). This organization was established in 1997 for poor children who cannot go to school. It was the first experience for them to create and conduct such an intermural project for them.
