Details	How can we build a holistic approach to successful IR and IE? It is necessary to clarify ways to build capacity in IR and optimize the relationship between the two. IR professionals need to broaden their horizon and upgrade their practices in the global IR landscape. The first objective of this poster presentation is to explain the conditions necessary for creating a bridge between IR and IE. The second objective is to highlight the following: critical challenges related to building a partnership with the faculty and students, useful learning outcome assessments, and effective reporting to leadership for developing quality culture in Japan.
