概要	One case in which the political process does not work is when a representative attempts to implement a policy by accepting financial benefits from an interest group, and this is a case in which the political process is not functioning properly. Japanese judiciary is expected to exercise its judicial review in corruption case. In Japan, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office deals with politics and money. There is a strong possibility that the cabinet will interfere with the prosecution of the case. The prosecutors office is under the Ministry of Justice.
