Details	In the context of Service-Dominant Logic, the emergence approach has been introduced as a framework for explaining the dynamics of service ecosystems (Polese et al., 2021; Vargo et al., 2023). This framework is expected to provide a dynamic explanation of how markets emerge and evolve (Simmonds et al., 2021). Therefore, this study examines a framework for analyzing service ecosystems from a long-term perspective and investigates, through case studies, how service exchanges among diverse actors influence the design of the ecosystem (Vink et al., 2021).
