| Details | This study focuses on the recovery processes on the Great East Japan Earthquake. From the perspective on resillience, it can be explaind on three layers in this case;Japanese government, local government, and private secter.We esapecially cleared and pointed out that JSDF played an important role of the recovery in that Japanese disaster. |
