Details | The inverted pendulum is the simplest unstable system that cannot be stabilized
without an external control input, and has been studied as a benchmark model to verify the theory. In the past, the stabilization control of the inverted pendulum having a flexible arm with time delay has been developed in 2017. However, due to the existence of higher-order vibration modes and the measurement noise of the strain gauge, there has been a problem to analyze the accurate system. This paper presents the stabilization control of an inverted pendulum having a vibration system with time delay which is a different mechanism from the conventional one. |
