Details	日本ではフランシス・シューが指摘した「イエモトモデル」が現在も政治・行政に見られ、それがリーダーシップの欠如をもたらしていることを論じた上で、軍隊は近代官僚制がもっとも厳格に制度化されていると考えられているが、戦前の日本国軍隊ではイエモトモデルが作用して、バラバラの状況にあったことを紹介した。
