Details | In this paper, we introduce the study of the issues about the labor force in the firm by The Institute of Management Quality Science at Meiji University. Therefore, we will introduce the concept such as Posi-tive-Retention, Negative-Retention, Full-time Employee Minority Firm and Procurement of Just-in-time Employee to suggest the importance of sustainability of labor issues. |
