Details	This article will discuss the problem of sustainability of the global environment and region, considering rapid deterioration of environment and hollowing out of region. We introduce, for the former, "analysis model on resources circulation" to analyze the macro behavior of global environment, for the latter, the survival factor of "residential island in lake" and "local railroad".
