Details	Our research group has been studying structure of communication network through the use of Shannon entropy. We have proposed some entropy models based on "single factor model of information channel". In this research, we try to organize the series of communication network models proposed by our research group. Then, the other model which is applied the entropy of membership values in fuzzy theory to memory channel of communication network is introduced.
